Q. Can you "special order" a specific costume?
A. Yes, and no. I might be able to get you a certain Curtain Call costume, as an irregular for the current year, and new in the bag, from the previouse year. I will need to know the name or style number of the costume. All listings for Curtain Call costumes will tell you if they are new, in the bag, or new "irregulars" from the current catalong; and if there is a visible flaw, it will be noted.
No special orders can be taken on Cicci costumes. These costumes are discontinued and once they are gone, they are gone. These costumes are all new, in the bag.
Q. How do I pay for my order?
Please make sure that you complete the checkout process or your items will not be removed from the inventory and can be purchased by someone else! You can pay through Paypal, by check or by money order. If you have any questions at all, please email me!
Q. How long will it take to get my costumes?
A. All costumes purchased in the United States are shipped by priority mail within 24/48 hours of payment. International orders are shipped via International First Class or Global Priority mail, depending on the size of the order, within the same time frame. Express shipping is available. If at check-out, you find that your Country is not listed for shipping purposes, just use the International rate. Again, any questions, just email me!
Q. Can I return costumes?
A. Absolutely! As long as the costume has not been worn, and the packaging on the costume has not been destroyed (be careful how you open it!), all costumes can be returned within 10 days for a full refund, minus shipping. Store credits can also be issued! |
