This is Night Moves by Cicci Costumes. This is a leotard of silver glitter print slinky with black velvet insert. This has black elastic straps and silver sequin trim, the applique is included. I also have the two different skirts pictured in my tops and bottoms section and the tutu in my tutu band section.
